The registration process for the Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana will start from May 27, 2025 & the last date to apply for it is August 26, 2025. The application and booking process is completely online, aiming only to make the process more transparent & streamlined.
Who Can Apply for this Awaas Yojana?
There are certain rules & regulations which has been laid down by the Delhi Development Authority. There are 4 clear norms which has been kept for the Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana in 2025.
- The Applicant must be an Indian Citizen.
- He/She should be atleast 18 years old.
- He/She should not own land more than 67 square meter in Delhi or Delhi Cantonment Area.
- The EWS (Economically Weaker Section) must not exceed Rs 3 Lakh per annum & must not exceed Rs 10 Lakh per annum. Lower Income Group income should be in range of Rs 3-6 Lakh per annum.
How to Apply for the Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025?

- Visit the official DDA website- eservices.dda.org.in
- Register as a new user with Username & Password.
- Fill the Application form with all the details asked & make sure that spelling mistakes should not occur.
- Upload all the documents like PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Bank Details, Account Details, Income Certificate, & Category Certificate.
- Pay the application fee, which is Rs 2500 & click on submit.

- LIG (Lower Income Group): Rs. 1 lakh
- MIG (Middle Income Group): Rs. 4 lakh
- HIG (High Income Group): Rs. 10 lakh
Note that, this amount mentioned will be reduced to against the flat cost on allotment. Also, the DDA operates on the First Come First Served model. Means when you will fill the form earlier then the chances of getting a plot becomes more easier for you as compared to those who have filled form after you.
